Upgrade Notes....
I didn't upgrade my notes immediately upon installation of OS10.9.5.... can I upgrade them now??? I am not getting any prompts to do so

More information would help. Why do you think you need to upgrade Notes? If it is because you have a device with IOS 9 on it, upgraded Notes on the device, and now the application won't sync with the device, you will need to upgrade to El Capitan to sync Notes.
