Q: I can not register Apple Care in my country

Hi People!

I need your help so bad now! I have been trying to register apple care for a 2015 21.5" iMac and i could not do so because when registering I can not select my Country since the country tab is LOCKED to The United States. I can not change the country. I tried all possible ways. I logged into Apple Asia Support and from there when i try to register Apple Care it redirects to The US page. I tried with few other machines yet its locked to the US and i cannot change the country.

As you can see in the pic below I can not select the country since its LOCKED under the United States.

Please help me out guys.
