I am getting an error message when I try to access my iCloud Account Details on my Mac. I am successfully logged into iCloud, I just can't log into and see my Account Details.
I am running Mac OS X El Capitan (10.11.2).
- When I go to System Preferences > iCloud, I can see that I am logged into iCloud. (I have no trouble accessing Mail, Calendar, Contacts, Notes, etc.).
- I then click on the Account Details button, and am prompted to enter my Apple ID password.
- After I submit my password, I get the following error: "Account Details could not be opened because of an error connecting to iCloud."
- However, I can successfully go to the iCloud website and the "Manage your Apple ID" website, and login successfully.
Any ideas. Thanks.
