Help! I've got a project with thousands of images that I've catalogued and sorted into albums & now I need to create pdf files of each album in contact sheet format ~ With the Titles & Description intact. The files need to be sent to Kinko's to print, but the titles must be there.
MacBook Pro, OS X Yosemite (10.10.5)
Select the photos in an album, then enter the key combination ⌘P for "File > Print".
The PDF button is a standard in any print panel in MacOS X. Do not look for a PDF printer in the printer list. Click the PDF button in the lower right corner.
Which options do you see, when you click the PDF button in the Print panel. after you clicked the Print" button?
The confusing thing is that the controls are distributed across two panels.
The print panel that will open has the "PDF" button.
Do you have this button in the Print window?
Clicking on the button will give you this:

I was looking for a Print to PDF option & I don't have one 😟 I have a list of about 10 printers and also to Bluetooth DUN, but not to PDF. Maddening, this is! But thank you for trying 🙂
Click on the Print button in that window to get to the window I posted.
First click the "Print" button in the lower right corner of the panel you are seeing in your screenshot.
In the Print panel that opens click the "PDF" button in the lower left corner of the panel.
I must be doing something wrong… I feel it should be here. I have OS X 10.10.5 I think the printer rules the print manager… no?
Ok! Now I get the PDF option, but it is still set to the printer…? That is what always must show up, because I've never changed that when printing… Won't it still print to the printer? Thanks!
