Is it possible for me to change my old Apple ID email address with the new one from iCloud?
I used Yahoo Mail for my old Apple ID and I really want to change the yahoo email address to iCloud.

No.
The iCloud email is already in and of itself an Apple ID. And cannot be used as the primary e-mail address of another Apple ID.
If you need to update your old Apple ID, you will need a non Apple based email address to do so.
Well, I guess it would be really disapointed for me. So, I have to make a new icloud account and need to sign out my old Apple ID, like go back everytime, whenever I want to download my purchased stuffs on my old Apple ID? Any good idea?
The best idea is to keep the one you've got.
I agree with AmishCake. Why did you feel the need to create a new iCloud account?
