Q: iTunes does not see iPad or iPod in windows 10

I updated iTunes to the latest version, 12.3.2.35, and now I can't sync either pod or pad. The computer see them when I plug them in

iPad 2 Wi-Fi, Windows 10

Disable your anti virus software then see if the devices are recognized in Windows.

If not, follow the instructions here > Restart the Apple Mobile Device Service (AMDS) on Windows
