Can anyone tell me how to order more than one size print at a time at a time through the new iPhoto? It will let me choose multiple photos but once I choose a size it sends me to checkout with no "Continue Shopping" type option.

You can't.
You can order multiple sizes of the same image from Apple although it's a bit hidden.
Select the initial size in the first order window:
In the next window Control (right) - click on one of the thumbnails and select the other size from the contextual menu:
You will then get this window showing all the sizes in the order. Click on the size to see which photos are selected to be printed in that size:
