Q: Macbook Pro 13 Retina (2015) randomly restart, logout or freeze

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015)

2.9 GHz Intel Core i5

8 GB 1867 MHz DDR3

I bought my Pro in July of 2015 and upgraded the OS to Capitan in October. Now the version is 10.11.2.

The problem is that the computer started to randomly restart, logout or even crash since I changed the Yosemite to the Capitan.

I've been to Genius bar, they reinstalled the OS (Capitan) but it still has the same problem.

Then I sent it in (to diagnose for 2 weeks), and the diagnosis result shows that there was a partition error on the SSD and stated to be solved but no hardware faulty.

However, after I started to use the laptop, the problem apparently is still there.

The restart problem will occur for various reasons and mainly when I am watching videos on browsers and having video calls.

Since I have taken almost every method to overcome the problem, but failed, I really doubt that is there any hardware faulty which is hard to detect or OS bug.

Can anyone give me a suggestion what can I do with my newly bought laptop? I don't even dare to do a word stuff because it would crash so frequently...

This is the Mac Pro desktop forum. I requested your post be moved to the MacBook Pro laptop forum.

I would take it back to the Genius Bar and says it is not fixed. Take it up with the store manager if necessary

If you can, see if there is a kernel panic report.  If so, log and post it per these instructions.  That may provide information why these problems are occurring and proof that there are problems with the MBP.

This one is obscure to me.  I do not know what the exact cause is.  Nevertheless, keep it and present it to the Apple technicians next time you meet with them.  They may/should know what is the cause and it does indicate some hardware problem.

    Ciao.

Addendum:  Same with the second kernel panic report that you posted.  I wish I could give to an answer for the specific reason, but I cannot.
