My Window PC was recently stolen. Is there any way to recover my music and playlists from multiple iPhones and iPads? Most of the music was collected from CD's and I don't want to go through that process again!

Without the PC it's not possible to restore from an iTunes backup if you created one, however, if you used iCloud to backup your iPhones and iPads, you can restore that way > Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup - Apple Support
Aside from music imported from CD's, you can re download past purchases from iTunes for free > Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
I Have the music on my iPad. Several hundred CD's were copied into iTunes over many years. Is there no way to copy the music back to a new Windows PC?
