OMG YOU SAVE MY DAY HAHA ! Thx a lot !
Please post back, if you run into any further issues. 😉
Oh ya Guru Loner, I was playing Sleeping Dog: Definitive in my bootcamp on Window 10, which i found it to be glitching and the graphic is lagging even on 1680x1080. I'm using Macbook pro 15" (mid 2015) with the dedicated graphic AMD Radeon R9 370x. Is this related to graphic problem ? The reason i redownload the window suppport software is to test whether the new BCA driver help or not. Do i need to remove any existing driver? Thanks !
Are you using the BC drivers or WHQL drivers? What is the current version of the driver?
I think i had installed the BC driver when i first install the window 10. After when i found that playing sleeping dog is quite suffer, i follow a solution in your another post about the Rainbox Six Siege to install the AMD official driver using the method of disabling the digital signature. How can i check whether it's now running on BC or WHQL driver and how can i check the version of the driver ?
In Device Manager, right click on your GPU and look at Driver version and details?
The current driver version is 15.300.1025.1001. How can determine whether it's BC driver or WHQL driver ?
You can check Bootcamp.xml and check the version offered .
Where can i find this Bootcamp.xml ?
When you downloaded the BC drivers package to the USB, the USB should have the file.
So if the BC driver offer a new version of driver then i install the BC driver ? How to determine it's newer or older ? If i was to install the BC driver, do I need to remove any existing driver first ?
Usually, BC drivers will be older than what is available for WHQL drivers. Can you check what is in the Bootcamp.xml for the AMD drivers?
There are so many lines in the xml file, which line should i be looking for ? (i opened the xml using text edit)
This is the Product Version of BC drivers...
