Q: I uninstalled
I uninstalled & reinstalled the Itunes but still i did not have it back...when i pressed the itunes it says that The Itunes Library Extras, itdb files is locked, on a locked disk, or you do not have write permission for this file. It used to be all the songs is in Itunes now when I play the songs it went to the other file which is Groove Music...Please help me to reinstall again the Itunes.. I would like to transfer the songs to my iphone too!! Thank you!!

You can take a look at Repair security permissions for iTunes for Windows but I suspect that file is corrupt and should be deleted. The core of your library is the iTunes Library.itl file. Both .itdb files and the .xml if present can be rebuilt by iTunes using data in the .itl when necessary. If there is also a problem with the .itl or there seems to be content missing from your library see Empty/corrupt iTunes library after upgrade/crash.
