Trouble with App: Cannot see App Store, won't allow me to d/l any app on iPad 2
Problem 1: Having so much trouble with getting app 😟 I can't see nor open App Store on my ipad 2, and it won't allow me to d/l nor update any app. I'm using iPad 2, already updated iOS 9.2. I have no trouble with email or surfing Internet on ipad 2 - it just won't let me access my App Store (can't d/l nor update either). This problem started last week, right after I updated to new iOS 9.2 version. Is this a typical problem? hope someone can help me. Thanks in advance!
Problem 2: I also have an iPad 1 (yes, old device - but still in very good condition lol). Again, trouble with getting new app. this iPad (1st generation) keeps saying my "software is up to date" at iOS 5.1.1 😕 which can't be true since iOS 9.2 is available..... but I can't get the software update on the iPad 1, and therefore can't d/l any new app since most app require iOS 8 or later. Help please!
(Hopefully you won't suggest buying new iPads - I prefer to use ipad1 or ipad2, instead of forking out additional money on new devices, at least not now 😊 )
