iTunes Apple Music Playlists Disappeared

Hi,

A while ago, my subscription for the Apple Music ended.

Since then in the iTunes on one of my Mac's (the one which was disconnected before i renewed my Apple Music) - I cannot see my playlists!

I can still access them in the Apple Music app in my iPhone, but cannot find them anywhere on the Mac.

Can anyone assist?

Thanks,

Tom.

MacBook, OS X El Capitan (10.11.2)

One thing to check first. In your Playlists sidebar, you can Hide your playlists. Hover the mouse pointer over the Playlists heading (in the sidebar), and the Show/Hide control appears the right. If it says Show, click it to show your playlists. Thought you should check that possibility before messing with iCloud.

If that's not the problem, I would try going to iTunes preferences General pane, and unchecking the box for iCloud Music Library. Click OK. In your music library, you should only see things that are locally stored. Then, go back to iTunes preferences and checkmark the box for iCloud Music Library again. See if that brings in your playlists from your iCloud Music Library.
