Q: What is e-mail from iTune store " Save it for me " from Apple iCloud <do_not_reply@itunes.com>

I received an e-mail from Apple iCloud <do_not_reply@itunes.com> if you want to keep the account with iCloud please click "Save it for me".

And I did clicked that.  What is going to happen now.

    Are you sure it wasn't a malicious "phishing" email?  Look at the email's header area, and click on the sender (from).  It should show an email address.  Did it come from "something" at Apple.com?  For example, notification emails from Apple Support Communities have email address discussions-updates(at)apple.com.  The email address you put in your post looks fake; Apple is not "itunes.com."

    I sometimes get such phishing emails that are supposedly from things like "FaceBook Support" or "Gmail Support," and I recall getting one a while back related to iCloud (which I forwarded to Apple)

    Thank you for your help but I was not able to send this note this morning when I hit "Reply" - the Red sign came up and said "User "Grayn280" is banned from posting content"  I posted that to the support community this morning as well and I am trying again.  有り難う、けんいちさん。
