Try charging your watch (allow up to 2.5 hours for a full charge).
If it does not turn on after that, try force restarting it: press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown for around 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo.
If it still does not turn on, contact Apple Support (mail-in service may be available) or make a Genius Bar reservation with a view to having your watch serviced under warranty:

If after you restart your watch you see just the time, then you need to exit Apple Watch's Power Reserve mode.
If after you restart your watch you see ϟ next to the time, then you need to charge your Apple Watch.
If even after following these troubleshooting steps your Apple Watch still does not turn on, please contact Apple Support.
