white circle in app folder
2 app folders on my home screen have white highlighted circles inside the rectangular boundaries of the folder icon. Why is this, and how can I make the circles go away?
iPhone 6, iOS 9.2
without being able to see a screenshot of your home screen.
I'm going to assume that either an app is trying to download or stuck doing an update or an app is being downloaded which hasn't finished doing so.
