Would I get my refund for iCloud storage purchase

Hi sir, I would like to know that I will get my previous purchase of yearly iCloud storage package to monthly purchases.

Here is my document number for your reference *********. Since November 2015, I'm being charge to me and no refund make back me for the yearly I could storage paid on October 2015.
