Tired of battery problems

I am having endless problem with the battery. I went to the AppLe store twice about it only to be told that the battery is physically fine, but one of the app is acting up. I did everything one can think of to solve this.

Reboot the watch check and the phone check

De-pair and re-pair the watch check

Same but this time ad new watch, check. Twice.

And whatever that dude with the same problem was told about turning off heart rate monitor of the watch and location and on the phone etc. I did that last night.

Same problem occur either with the native exercise app or with an other app like UA Record or Draft4, once I use them it kills the battery.

This started right around the time iOS 2.1 or whatever is the latest came out.

extremely frustrating since the battery is in perfect shape. Just really tired of not being able to rely on it.
