still issue has been not solved.
trying to start with safe mode that also not possible because it's asking for password.
which password they are asking I don't know.
while stating display is coming with some hazyness ( not clear).
if you know the problem please help...

Apple WatchYour next step is to try to boot into Recovery. Restart your Mac while holding Command-R. If it starts into recovery run Disk Utility to repair the hard drive.

Apple WatchIt seems that you or someone else has set a firmware password About the screens you see when your Mac starts up - Apple Support
If you don't know or remember the password you'll have to tak it to an authorized service provider to have the password removed, you can't do it yourself.
