MY credit cared expired and I'm waiting for my new credit card, until I get the new card how can I update my app in my device?
You can't unless you have another card to use that you can attach to your account. I don't think App Store will even let you update, which is free, if your credit card is no longer valid.

can I change my account paym method and pick ( none ) ? Or change the account region ?
If your account offers the None option yes, if not no. Yoour only option would be to substitute a different credit card or redeem an iTunes Gift card.
