I did all those steps, my problem still remains that I am not able to connect to the number in my phone, therefore I can't imessage still after trying all those different ways to fix it

The last step was to contact Apple Support. You tried that?

Another problem I have is that I am abroad so I cannot call Apple Support. Being abroad is a main reason why I need imessage
