Q: Continuous Adobe Flash Player Pop-ups and Another Pop-up

OSX El Capitan, Version 10.11.2

Mac Mini (late 2014)

Memory 4 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

Storage 447.31 GB free of 498.89 GB

--Every time I open a new website, a box pops up with:  Do you want to trust the website “example.cnet.com” to use the “Adobe Flash Player” plug-in?

--While playing online games, a box continually pops up with:  Settings...  Global Settings...  About Adobe Flash Player 20.0.0267...

--Many times when I click to open an item, a box pops up with:  Open Link in New Tab/Window, Download Linked File/Download Linked File As...,

Add Link to Bookmarks.../Reading List..., Copy Link, Share, etc.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe Flash Player twice.  I tried to do what Adobe recommended, but instructions were sometimes vague and I was

somewhat fearful that something worse might happen.  (I started using Mac Mini in AUG15 and I'm still not very knowledgeable about what it can and

cannot do.)

Is the fix for these problems something I could easily understand and do or should I just call Apple?  I have Apple Telephone Support coverage, but I don't

like to call and be bothersome.

Thanks for your advice.
