Certificates are provided by the website. So if the website has an expired or outdated certificate, it may not work. In your case, the certificate is probably not updated to work with the new Safari software on your iPad,

If all other websites work on the iPad except this one, I would try to contact the website manufacturer. If a single website doesn't work, there is most likely nothing wrong with the iPad. Also, certificates work differently on an iOS device as opposed to an OSX computer.

Only thing that may help on your iPad's end is to remove the website data for this particular site. It could be storing old data from before you updated. To do this, go to Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data > Edit > Delete the website data.

If you want to clear ALL website data, you can go to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data. That will remove saved passwords and all website data so only do that if you know your passwords.

    Best of luck
