Q: Can't activate iPhone 6s

Hello,

I just bought a new iPhone 6s, I connected it to iTunes, set fingerprint and password and even updated iOS, but at the next step it can't connect with Apple ID server and doesn't let me proceed. I double checked my Apple ID on my Mac and it is working properly. I spent the last 3 hours trying to find a solution, but nothing...is there anyone who can help me with this problem?

Thank you D.Cohen, I checked that article yesterday, but unfortunately it helps with sim related problems and with second hand iPhones.

What "store online" did you buy it from, exactly?

If you are getting an error message that says that the Apple server is unavailable and to try later, it may indicate that your phone was jailbroken at one time. Try to find out if that is the case. If so, return it for a refund.
