Anything that is in your iTunes Media folder will be transferred to the new computer as long as you follow the steps correctly.

By default, anything you import into iTunes, whether via CDs or downloads, will copy into the iTunes Media folder unless you changed the location yourself.

To check where iTunes is storing you content, open iTunes, then click iTunes > Preferences > Advanced: iTunes Media folder location. Should look something like this:

Replace my name (Patrick) with the name of your account. If it looks like this, then you should be good to go. You can always navigate to the folder and check the contents if you would like. Note that this window has two boxes checked: Keep iTunes Media folder organized, and Copy files to...

If yours are not checked, you can check them both and click OK. Then click File > Library > Organize Library  > check Consolidate Library and check Reorganize file... if it is not grayed out.

WARNING!! If your iTunes Media folder already contains music from your library, consolidating the library will create DUPLICATES of those files. So DO NOT follow the above steps if your Media folder location and other settings look the same as mine. I do not want you to have duplicate files. That is a MESS, trust me.

    Best of luck!
