Q: iTunes match seems to stall on step 3 of install, then will not let me download songs from the cloud that I deleted from my iTunes account (though the cloud symbol is there). Any ideas?

I have a Macbook Air 2013. It's running OS X. Due to the amount of music that I already had in my iPod, my iTunes library used up all the memory capacity I had, so I paid for iTunes match in order to free up some space while still retaining the ability to play the music I have. However, it is already misbehaving despite reloading it fully. It seems to not allow me to download songs that I delete from iTunes, though it shows the cloud symbol next to the song. Has anyone experienced this or have any ideas?
