Q: Can´t restore my iphone, error 9

So my iphone 6 started restarting itself and when I was able to connect it to iTunes, I got a message saying I had to restore it, so I did, but then a window pops out and says it can´t be restore, error 9 (which is about USB connections) and I tried every solution on the "more info" page but nothing works, so now I´m stuck with an iphone that needs to be plugged into iTunes but I keep getting the same message. Can somebody help please?

    Hi there,

I have heard people are having similar problems when running an older version of iTunes on their computer. If your iTunes is not running the latest update, try updating it.

For instructions on updating iTunes (For both Windows and Mac operating systems), read the following article; Get the latest version of iTunes - Apple Support

    Hopefully this helped!

    Check your security software

Sometimes security software can stop your device from communicating with either the Apple update server or with your device.

Check your security software and settings to make sure that they aren't blocking a connection to the Apple servers.

If you still see the error message, check for USB connection issues.
