Q: my cursor/trackpad too sensitive

My cursor\trackpad (MacPro) is giving me fits.  Far too sensitive.

Cursor opens whatever it touches briefly and selects indiscriminately.

Settings in Accessibility are at max "slow."  Any other way of

adjusting?  Help for this old retired clergyman would be much

appreciated.  Couldn't swear to it, but this problems seems to

have originated with the latest upgrade.
