Q: Emailed iTunes Giftcards
My iTunes gift was emailed to me. Every time I click "Redeem Now" it takes me to a page that wants me to download iTunes? I definitely already have iTunes downloaded and it's up to date, so I don't understand.

Some browsers won't launch iTunes to connect to the right page in the store and instead send you to a download page. Open the iTunes Store in iTunes, look for the word Redeem in the right-hand column under Music Quick Links. Click redeem and follow the prompts.
