How do I access pages templates from iCloud?

I am using Pages 5.6.1 on OSX 10.11.2 and on iOS 9.2.

I happily sync my Pages files that I work on on my iMac to my MacBook and with my iPhone using iCloud.

However, I can't access any of my templates across iCloud.

Is there anyway to activate that, or to move the templates into a common iCloud folder?
