I cannot download apps after regaining access to my Apple ID

After retrieving access to my Apple ID today after it was hacked into I have not been able to download/update the apps on any of my apple devices. I was reading up online about it and I've found that the message im receiving 'your account has been locked' is used by Apple when they are investing an account for more serious matters. I was wondering if anyone knows how long I will need to wait before I can download anything? Or if I ended to contact someone?

iOS 9.2, iPhone, iPad, ipod

Glad you are getting your Apple ID taken care of. If you cannot access your iTunes account with your correct Apple ID you may need to contact them.
