Hi,
I update my Notes regularly (through my iPhone mostly) but it get sync only with my iPad not with my MacBook air. basically it should get sync with all devices.
Just FYI, I am using a single id to all devices to log into cloud although still this issue persist.

I understand that you are not seeing your notes sync up with all your devices and more specifically your Mac. Let's see if we can figure out what is going on.
What comes to mind is you might have upgraded the Notes app to utilize new features. This will make it to were you can draw sketches, create checklists and with some addition new features. Now if you have not upgraded to OS X El Capitan on your MacBook Air, then the notes will not show up there.
