Jan 15, 2016 10:26 AM in response to illstudioby babowa,Yes, it can make a difference as any download from the app store - OS or app - is tied to the Apple ID used to obtain it forever. And the license is not transferable. If you use one tied to another Apple ID, you will either need to use that ID and password to install updates or do reinstalls - or you won't be able to. I can't address the DiskmakerX as I've not used it (I prefer using bootable clones).
