Q: sound doesn't work

My iPhone's sound doesn't work but if I go to settings and adjust the sound bar from there re sound does come out and my alarm sound works fine as well but I can't Hear music sound neither my calls sound Help me plz my iOS is 8.3. I have iPhone 5g

Hey ZORKLINE,

I understand that you are not able to hear any sounds form the speaker on your iPhone. Let's see if we can get that working for you.

You have done some of the troubleshooting, but take a look at the article below to check against what you have done so far. One of the things to take a look at is to see if you are connected to any bluetooth device as well as updating your iPhone to the latest version of iOS.
