Q: How to Mute Siri?
The audio for content I view with ATV seems lower than the levels I get with my Cable TV content. So, I increased the volume on the audio receiver. But Siri is VERY LOUD (and most of the prompts are useless - who needs to be told that the screensaver is on?) I asked Siri how to mute and was prompted to use the "+" and "-" keys. But there seems to be no change. User error? I'm mirroring content from my iPhone 6+ (excellent feature) so I have no need for Siri. How can I permanently mute siri?

It sounds like VoiceOver may be on. Check Settings>general>accessibility>VoiceOver turn off if on. -AJ
Turn on VoiceOver on your Apple TV - Apple Support - these directions can be used for guidance if needed.
