Camera help!

All too complex for geriatric brain! I want to transfer pics from camera to IPad. On wi-fi they can 'see' each other but there does not seem to be any means of copying the photos to the iPad.

Is it possible? Is there an app. to download or something? Any help wjould be much appreciated.

Import photos using Apple camera adapters

Learn how to import photos and videos from a digital camera or SD Card to your iPhone or iPad using Apple camera adapters.

You can import photos and videos from an SD card, digital camera, or other supported accessory to your iPhone or iPad using one of these:

  • Lightning to SD Card Camera Reader
  • Lightning to USB Camera Adapter
  • iPad Camera Connection Kit (iPads with Dock Connector only), which contains both iPad Camera connector and iPad SD card reader

If you use an iPhone, you need iOS 9.2 or later.
