Q: Why won't my iPad mini upgrade to IOS 9.2
My iPad Mini (the first edition) will not upgrade beyond IOS 9.1 and when I try to, it says my software is up to date, on my iPad and my computer it says that my software is up to date. My iPad mini also keeps showing this message, "A new iOS update is now available. Please update from the iOS 9 beta." But when I go to update my iPad, nothing's there.

The iPad Mini will update to iOS 9.2. Mine is running on it right now. The curious part I see right now is that you are seeing a message about updating from iOS 9 beta. Were you a member of the public beta program? Did you update to the public release of the latest iOS? If not, this could be what is causing your problem.
