Q: Scrolling with Apple Pencil

My Pencil no longer allows me to scroll through pages. I can still write/draw/tap etc. I recent updated to iOS 9.3 beta. Anyone else experiencing this?

Yes your not alone. The new developer beta software seems to have a bug with the scrolling code so it seems it points fine but does not go up or down in scrolling mode. Hopefully it gets a update soon.
