Can't load a page without turning wifi off and on.

When I click on a link or try to load any page, the loading bar will move a bit and then stop. I need to turn my wifi off and back on and then refresh the page in order for it to load. This happens with any internet connection. Is there anything I can do to fix this? I just bought the macbook pro in 2015 brand new and it is running off of the current software.

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch,Early 2015), OS X El Capitan (10.11.2)
