bought gem pack in knights and dragons got charged, but received no gems please help

Today i purchased a the giants bounty gem pack in knights and dragons, and my bank account was charged, but i received no gems. To top it off when i tried to look at my recent purchases to see the order number, i says my last purchase was a month ago. i have never had this problem before, and i would really appreciate some help.

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 8.3

You are sure that the purchase went through, you haven't only received a temporary store holding charge ? If it went through then as well as showing on your iTunes account's purchase history, it should show on http://reportaproblem.apple.com and you should get an emailed receipt.

If it does show then you've contacted the developer ? If they can't / won't help then try contacting iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
