Apple tv 3, freeform (previously ABC Family)

ok i have an Apple TV 3rd gen is there a way to add Freeform previously ABC Family to the list? can i add other channels? if so how do i do it? I've never really used it but just for netflix, abc, hbo go and show anytime, and thats all nothing else...

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP!!!!

No, you cannot add apps to the 3rd gen APple Tv

Today, Apple added the channel "Freeform" to the Apple TV third-generation.
