Is Garageband Lesson Store actually Unavailable?
MacBook Pro, OS X El Capitan (10.11.2)
I'm getting the same in Germany:
But the System Status page is listing all store services as available: Apple - Support - System Status
Same here.
Isn't that interesting. Every time during an Apple key note presentation the Apple Store is temporarily unavailable. At the moment, there is no key note, but there is the NAMM show next week. Maybe Apple is upgrading and preparing a newGarageBand Lesson Store and will finally offer Ukulele Lessons.

New lessons would be nice, but I am afraid the lawyers are fighting again over a new contract for the artist lessons.
Yep, I'm getting exactly the same thing. I'm also running El Capitan 10.11.2. I have even tried the 'Restore Sound Library...' option from the GarageBand menu. It downloads a 6.1GB file and then installs it. But this doesn't active the lesson store (as some other threads have hinted at). 😟
Same in Switzerland; GarageBand Lesson Store actually unavailable 😟 😟
Store is up again this morning, I've been waiting a week now.
Store is up for me now after at least a week of being down/unavailable. Perhaps this was related to the recent iOS Garageband update?
