Q: My wifi just gone grey and will not turn on

MY wifi wen off and now it wil not turn on and the the button to turn in on on the home screen has gone grey this is on my 4s tried resetting the network.

If your software is up to date contact Apple Support per this article. If Wi-Fi is grayed out or dim on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
