Q: problem load identifier Apple on MacBook Pro

Hello, I have several Apple devices and I connect with my Apple ID without a problem except on my MacbookPro. I tried on icloud, itunes, appstore and the login window of identifier remains stuck in loading. Same problem with another identifier. However it recognizes when I am wrong in the password, but when I put the correct password, the window remains stuck in loading indifiniment rt blocks the application. Help me please. Sorry I'm French, i use Google translate.

    I controlled everything you told me to do, Version Itunes OK, SC Info OK, OK Fire, date and time ... OK

    My Mac connects to any Apple ID and any application that requires Apple ID. ICloud, iTunes, App Store ... none connects. Everything is up to date. Even if I have to do an update or other requires Apple ID whether on itunes, appstore ... impossible, the application remains blocked with loading round.

    Hi. I would like you to go to your apple account. If you have to use one of the other devises to do so. That would be fine. Log in and go to account. There it will tell you how many devises you have authorized under your apple ID. If your computer is there, I want you to de-authorize it. Then go to your computer in Itunes and re-authorize it. De-authorize and re-authorize can be done straight from itunes. Even in your computers itunes. Are you using this computer to log into this apple community forum?

    I went into my Apple account and I removed my computer. I went into Itunes and I tried authorized computer but same problem when loading ID. I reinstalled IOS but the problem is still present. I recall that I tried other ID and also unable to connect. I have 4 devices including this one. And so now I use this computer to communicate.

    Do you have more than one apple id and password? One for each devise or more than one for all devises?Usually one apple id covers all you devises. If you have more than one user of these devises, they can have their own apple id, if they want or if you want to keep them separate. There is a phone number for Itunes help in the USA.
