Q: I purchased a book in iBooks but it will not open. What can I do?

I Recently purchased "The clean eating cook book and diet" from iBooks but every time I try to open the book it sends me back to the home screen. My other books open just fine. I have tried deleting the book and reinstalling it and even restarting my phone. What solution is there so I can open this book?

Hello Mikedevona,

If you're not able to open a book that you've purchased, despite having deleted and re-downloaded the book, then the next step would be to report the issue to the folks in the iTunes Store. The article linked below details exactly how to go about doing so.
