Q: apple iphone6 is not syncing with icloud

My Apple iphone6 is not syncing with icloud. I use Microsoft Outlook 2010 and the syncing works fine with icloud and the outlook 2010 calendar, but my iphone is not syncing.

iPhone 6, iOS 9.2

If I understand correctly, there's an issue syncing your iCloud Calendar with your iPhone 6. If you haven't already, try taking a look at the article below and running through the troubleshooting tips that it provides.
