Q: Apple Store won't let me download apps and say I have a problem with previous purchase, but it won't tell me how much I owe?

Previously all my apps needed to be updated, I cannot update or download any apps as it tells me that I have a problem with a previous purchase? This does not prove me with any information as to what I have to pay? Please help
