iCloud Photo Sharing Problems

I am sharing via iCloud an album containing some 350 photos and 3 videos with family members. I tried today to add about 150 photos and 4 short videos to this same album and for some reason this does not work. I have no other shared iCloud albums. How could I sort this out?
