I keep getting disabled Apple ID when making purchases in one particular app that I once contested a charge
About 5 months ago one game app over charged me purchases, I contacted the credit card where the charges were debited, and the card open an investigation, giving me a temporary credit, that later on was confirmed as final credit. After that, I keep getting "unable to complete the purchase" " contact apple support" message, forcing me to call to get my ID enabled again. Although I never failed to pay any of the purchases, this issue keeps happenning. They fix it, I use the app, make 3 or 4 purchases, and it gets disabled again.
does anyone know how to fix it once and for all. This is very annoying.
