New Windows 10 Update

i had bootcamp with Windows 10 working perfectly fine on my MacBook Pro Mid 2014 fully maxed out laptop Running El Capitan. 2 nights ago it automatically updated itself and now only certain parts of the screen will work, I can be in a viewport working fine on Rhino (cad program) go to try and change a layer and that part of the program will be fully frozen. I can be in settings and will go to try and open a program and the start bar will no longer respond Ect... I'm not sure what is up, I already tried deleting and reinstalling bootcamp and Windows and it installed with the same issues. Any help would be great. Thank you.

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X El Capitan (10.11.2)
